Thématiques et expertises scientifiques :

Sédimentologue organicien et biogéochimiste des environnements de surface (diagenèse précoce) et des bassins sédimentaires (diagenèse tardive). Je me consacre à l’étude de la typologie et la réactivité de la MO sédimentaire naturelle  et anthropique (molécule organique polluante et traitement alternatif des eaux) ainsi qu’à l’utilisation de cette MO comme Idicateurs pour caractériser l’évolution des milieux sous contrôles climatique et environnemental, à partir d’archives sédimentaires dotées d’une haute résolution temporelle en milieux lacustres et marins. 

 

Mes thématiques s’inscrivent dans l’étude de la sédimentation et de la diagenèse de la matière organique (MO) dans les environnements naturels et anthropisés, anciens et actuels. Parmi les questions traitées :

- L’origine et mode de fossilisation des MO pétroligènes (black shales et kérogènes anciens)

- L’étude des mécanismes et modèles de préservation de la MO sédimentaire précurseurs de la sédimentogenèse organique en environnement actuel : (i) Processus biogéochimiques au sein de la colonne d’eau & (ii) rôle des interactions argiles/molécules organiques dans la préservation des MO pétroligènes.

- L’identification de la nature et de l'état de préservation des traceurs organiques en relation avec les variations quantitatives et qualitatives des flux de transfert des MO vers les sédiments et sous l’impact de différents forçages climatique et anthropique.

- L’utilisation des biomarqueurs moléculaires comme proxies de reconstitution des paléoenvironnements, paléoclimats au sein d’archives sédimentaires quaternaires lacustres et marines.

- L’étude des interactions entre les matériaux lamellaires et les polluants organiques émergeants (pesticides et médicaments) dans les environnements actuels.

- Géochimie organique globale et moléculaire (analyseur LECO, pyrolyseur Rock-Eval, analyseur COD, GC/FID, GC/MS, PyroGC/MS),

- Pétrographie organique (Palynofaciès, analyses macérales, lithotype, microlithotype, réflectance de la vitrinite, fluorescence spectrale).

- Sédimentologie (faciès sédimentaires, remplissage sédimentaire et histoire thermique des bassins),

- Limnologie et Paléolimnologie appliqués aux environnements et paléoenvironnements

- Environnement : Pollutions organiques des eaux naturels et des eaux usées, traitement alternatif de la pollution organique, polluants émergeants (pesticides et médicaments).
